Uni-Ply - Modular Hand Set System

Uni-Ply is designed with productivity and versatility in mind.  From the simplest foundation wall to the most complex "Y", curved or battered wall, Uni-Ply, with it 96 standard panel & filler sizes, can accommodate virtually any type of concrete structure.

Though the steel frame is 2 ½" deep, similar to other competitive hand-set systems, it is better designed. The Uni-Ply panel is constructed with 55,000 p.s.i. Side and end rails have tie placement dados on 6" centers. Uni-Ply is also constructed with 2" cross members compared to the 1 3/8" cross members used by other competing systems. Utilizing this superior design and material allows for more versatility in tie placement and reduces the span of the face plywood, which reduces the chance of deflection.

Uni-Ply panels are powder coated.  Using this method compared to being hand spray painted, the baked-on coating makes form cleanup much easier, which saves you time and money. Uni-Ply handset forms can be custom ordered in your company color.  This provides easy recognition and identification of your forms.

Uni-Load Shoring

Heavy Duty Shore Frames are designed to provide maximum strength, versatility, and efficiency in virtually any shoring application.

All frames are welded structural steel tubing. A typical load capacity is 10,000 lbs/leg (with a 2.5:1 safety factor) up to three tiers high.

With screw jacks top & bottom, Heavy Duty Frames can provide an exceptionally wide range of adjustment.
